Pizza Hut

"I actually need to call the corporate office regarding this matter because it's too much to type here. Long story short, the manager, Sydney, at this location is EXTREMELY rude. He yelled at me on the phone and in person. Another employee had to apologize on his behalf. There were several witnesses and if you have cameras, you'll see him in action. If calls are recorded, you'll be able to hear how rude he was when I spoke about my order being wrong, he refused to have my correct order delivered, and he hung up on me so I couldn't request a refund because he no longer answered my calls. I had to order an uber to come to the location and have my order corrected (mind you, I've already made $6 for the delivery fee and now $10 extra spent for an uber). When I came in, I asked for the manager and that's when he continued to be rude and nasty, so I had to get rude and nasty right along with him to match his energy. So yes, at that point I cursed him out. No accountability for his actions. He was only argumentative and did nothing to de-escalated the issue. A regular employee had to step in and correct his wrong doings. I then asked for the number to the corporate office and he yelled "I'm not giving you that.. Google it." The operations manager is VERY immature. I have never experienced this type of treatment in a restaurant before. This man is not fit to be a manager. I will not be a customer at this location any longer and I'll be sure to follow up with corporate office."

"Very disgusted! Today when I walked in to pick my order up, I witnessed the one and only individual working wipe sweat from his face with his hands that was not in gloves. Then proceeded to pick up food and cook it. I still payed for my order since I placed it. It was disappointing just looking at it, not that I was going to eat it after what I witnessed. But anyway here’s a pic of the supposed to be BBQ wings"

"Looked like my review was taken down, so posting it again! The pizza was made poorly with about 2 inches worth of crust on the pie edge itself and then very little toppings for what was supposed to be a large three topping pizza. It didn't even get close to the edge of the pizza box at that! On top of that when I called the restaurant, the male that answered the phone was rude and said there was nothing wrong with the pizza. He said they had been making pies all day and this was the first complaint they had gotten. We've bought Pizza Hut for well over 30 years and above all other pizza places and never had a pie like this with so much extra crust on the edge and such light toppings! I called to ask if maybe the recipe changed or maybe it was a new employee that made it wrong and again, was rudely told no. Then the male simply said they'd refund me $10, which wasn't what I wanted nor asked for. Right after saying that he hung up the phone. It's like he got offended by me pointing out the flaws in the pizza! I paid for the large 3 topping pie (and the pan pizza upcharge) with cinnamon sticks deal on the Pizza Hut site, got it delivered by Door Dash, which I don't like dealing with those delivery companies when it comes to prepared food, because of all the atrocities I've heard about that, then ended up with a wide pizza crust edge and light toppings. I paid $30 for what? The pie also looked like it could have stayed in the oven a few more minutes it didn't even have any golden baked color to it! Very disappointed with this experience, we will just go elsewhere next time; just because they're close by doesn't make them the best choice. We ate it because that was our dinner and it was getting late."

"GREAT PIZZA! We haven't gotten Pizza Hut in a while because the one that's closest to us has bad customer service and sub par pizzas. I found this location and we have it a try. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The pizza was hot & ready on time. The toppings were plentiful and the pizza was cooked to Pizza Hut perfection. This location is 15 minutes further than the closest location, but the drive was totally worth it. We'll be back."

"Ordered and paid for stuffed cheese crust pepperoni, NO cheese when eating. Called and lady stated that she made the pizza and added cheese to crust. She stated that I could bring it back and she would make another but rudely added that the new pizza would be just the same. Out $2 but will find another place to spend my money."
