"staff is short with people, complete neglects the order details and was given incorrect order; ordered a papadia they added buffalo sauce to it when that wasnt needed, our “garlic breadsticks” looked like they had been left in the sahara desert and had no garlic or seasoning after making us wait for them to begin with, only bright spot was i was actually given the extra sauce cups i paid for here"
"Pizza was made incorrectly and no apology was offered. Employees and the manager that came to the front with red hair were eating ice cream cones. They should not be handling food and eating at the same time. Its disgusting I got my refund and left. The cashier also had an attitude as usual."

"I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but they failed to meet expectations miserably quite a few times. The store seems full of employees but they are never adequately staffed to manage the workload. Customer service is POOR. Customers are never acknowledged the last several times I’ve order here. Most times, customers are lined up around the walls and windows, but this time, they were lined up outside the door. If I hadn’t have already paid. I would have cancelled. Inventory all around the store looks a mess and all over the windows and benches. I look at my tracker, pizza says ready, only to wait in line for 10-20 minutes, get to the counter and still have to wait an additional 10 minutes. This has happened a few times (the wait). Tonight was the last straw for me. I cannot comeback here in good conscience."
