"Can never go wrong with Pizza. I also really like their level of communication. If they see there may be a delay with getting my food, they call and let me know the reason and the time. I'm always given the option to cancel or wait for them and they usually throw me something extra for the inconvenience. I appreciate that. Also....pineapple belongs on pizza. I said what I said."
"I called the store and spoke with someone from India and after having to repeat my order 5 times, I was transferred to a payment processing department. I gave them my card information and was told that the delivery would be within an hour. I’m still waiting. I will NEVER spend another penny with Dominoes Pizza!!! Please tell a friend!!! Don’t do business with people that outsource your business and leave you hanging!"
"I would give negative 10 stars!!!!! I placed an online order, then I seen on the pizza tracker a comment saying Candice was preparing my pizza, but the tracker never undated until an hour later had pass then it said preparing. I called to get an update and I was told to allow another 30 minutes because they are behind. A hour and 30 minutes for a carry out is ridiculous. The tracker did not update and no texts were sent. After waiting another 30 minutes my order was cancelled with no call no nothing, so I called the store and waited on hold for 15 minutes to be told by Candice my emergency free pizza was cancelled because the system got hacked, I told her I have seen others receive they pizzas online and a family member got they pizza, plus it’s advertised on Domino’s website. I believe Candice got a lot of orders and she didn’t want to make the pizzas so she canceled them instead. Domino’s need to get another manager who doesn’t cut you off when you’re talking, who has customer service skills, who will use the tracker/text notifications, and who will answer the telephones. This was my first time ordering from here and now I see why. Based off the previous reviews a lot of improvements are needed asap."
"Order a pizza online around 12pm for a scheduled delivery for 3pm. I have been on hold checking for the status of my pizza for over an hour now. Got frustrated so decided to come as I can only cancel the order in person. When I arrived. They are closed. People around me are telling me the manager just walked around back to open the door. Sat up front for about 5 minutes. Will have to see how I can cancel this order."
