"Very friendly staff here every time we go! I love the greeting when we walk in. They give big portions which is always a good thing. The queso is top notch. They don’t salt their tortillas chips even though all the other Moe’s seem too. I guess this can be good and bad. Highly recommended restaurant. The app is easy to use if you want to order ahead."

"I noticed the Mexican lady manager doesn't like to change her gloves. She was cleaning with the same gloves she tried to serve with. To be a manager she should know better. CHANGE YOUR GLOVES BEFORE HANDLING FOOD. That's not acceptable. I won't be going back there."

"I don’t know if the cashier was having a bad day or something but she needs to get her act together. She didn’t even ask us if we wanted our food to be packed for here or to go. She just put our food in to go bags and sent us on our way. And on top of that she put someone else’s food in our bags. When she noticed what she did. She came over to our table, and started going through our bags without even telling us what she was doing. Picked up the order she misplaced in there and just walked away. No apology, no explanation, not even an excuse me!"

"Food and customer service is trash!!! Food is overpriced. Lettuce was brown and food looks old, as if was cooked several days ago. Manager is not customer service oriented and staff is not attentive. This restaurant needs to close down. They cannot cook - FOOD IS COMPLETE TRASH!!! Manager said he will not take back his trashy food. No customer service whatsoever. I will be calling corporate."

"Only giving a 1 star because the day shift staff is AWFUL & RUDE. The two older ladies always huff and puff and don’t know how to ring up the order right. And the young guy who makes the meat acts as though he doesn’t want to be there and handles the food poorly. I usually go when the night shift is there and they are always friendly and professional. But come on, I should be able to go anytime because this location is closer to me. If you go to this Moe’s location, wait until later in the day for better service…. Or better yet! Go to the new Locust Grove location, they have a wonderful staff day and night!"
