Mandy and the lady running the register (I didn’t catch her name but gave her business card) were so nice and sweet. Great customer service. You could tell they cared about the customer. I will be going back for sure"

"Like every other Dunkin anywhere, there is NO consistency! I always order the same thing and its almost always different tasting. It's sad that people are getting paid to do a job and just don't care to do it correctly. That makes it bad for the handful who do get it right."

"I go by here just about every day after work. It used to be a great place to go they always had what I wanted. Now every time I go there they are either out of what I want or don't give me what I want. Last time I went there I asked for a large caramel iced coffee with extra Caramel in it. I got a pumpkin spice coffee. So I too it back and told them what I wanted and they gave me a regular coffee no Caramel in it. Then today I asked for a cold brew milk shake and she said they didn't have the ice cream for it. Then I asked for a moca cappuccino blast and she said ok pull around. Got to the window and she again told me that they didn't have it. So I got a rocky road milk shake and when I got it. It was dripping down the side. They didn't give me any napkins to wipe it off and this was suppose to be a large and it was about a medium. The large cup was only filled up to below the dunkin emblem on the cup. At this point I was so frustrated I just left. And it's like this every time I go. I'm about done with this place!"

"This location started out really good. I’m not sure if it’s under different management or what. Twice I’ve ordered a breakfast burrito and it’s been ice cold in the middle. I’ve ordered drinks and they say the espresso machine is down. Most employees all seem spaced out or maybe they just really don’t care about customer service. I had high hopes for this place but it’s fell off. Hopefully they can get new management in there to fix it because the one they have now isn’t doing a good job."

"So they run out of regular chocolate covered donuts and chocolate cover pumpkin spice donuts thinking kid’s aren’t going to notice. Was a waste. They ended up throwing them away. 6 donuts for almost $11 and they weren’t even what we asked for. Just as I thought things we’re getting better here I’m constantly disappointed with trying to order donuts. :( Just make some chocolate covered donuts the right way!"
