Domino's Pizza

"The absolute worst!!! I’m not sure when this location has started going down hill but I’m not ordering from them anymore. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time we waited 2+ hours for a delivery when we live 5 MINUTES from the restaurant. The first time the driver did not apologize, did not say hello, did not say anything. The service here is awful! I’m done with them!"

"This was absolutely the worst pizza I have ever purchased in my life. I cannot believe I paid $68.85 for this garbage. I ordered one cheese and one supreme. The cheese pizza had so much grease on it that it curdled the cheese and ran into the pizza box below it. The cheese pizza had not been cut, neither pizzas had more than a teaspoon of sauce combined, the supreme was so thin that the toppings were covering up the holes and cardboard box underneath. I called for a remake and it was more of the same. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. This will never happen again."

"Can't Call the store to order anymore. That's sorry azell. Doesn't seem like they want to serve people that work and need to Call orders in due to the time sensitivity of their job. Will celebrate if Domino's goes bankrupt."

"Out of most Domino's, I usually leave a good review, some great, but this one, not so much, I ordered a large pizza extra sauce, with chicken, simple, when I got the pizza the crust was so thin it could be a thin crust pizza, and there ALMOST no sauce at all. Ya'll gotta read the comments for these orders."

"Note: If I could give less than 1 star, I would... Ordered pizza and wings online for pickup. When we got there, the server first brought the wrong order... then she said they had "torn our pizza" and they would cook another one... 5 minutes later... they brought out the pizza and wings... We live about 10 minutes from the store., When we got home, and opened the boxes, first think I noticed was that the wings did not look like in the picture/advertising.. They were not well cooked, and were slimy and soggy.. No taste at all. Not really edible.. The pizza was nasty, and had grease everywhere and was soggy as well. It There was more grease than sauce.... My guess was they rushed the pizza and it was not fully cooked, or had one sitting and just 'preped' it.. Meanwhile our order of wings just sat in nasty sauce, probably for at least 45 minutes... Went back to the store where the server was, and I asked to speak to the manager... She (the manager) could not be bothered even acknowledging me, so i just said I wanted a refund. The server initially credited someone else s account and when I pointed that out she corrected it. AT NO TIME did the manager even attempt to acknowledge me or apologize. In the end, this store and it's management should be evaluated by corporate and determine if they should even remain as a franchise. Nasty food and even worse customer service and poor management. The manager (whom I assume may also be the franchise owner) needs to find another career because this is obviously not a good career choice for her. Perhaps not being the boss of other people would be a good start... The last time I ordered from Dominos was in 2015... I 'thought' that perhaps they have improved.. only to find out they have gotten much worse. Even Little Caesars Pizza cannot be this bad...."
