Papa Johns Pizza

"I preordered a delivery. When it was 2 hours late, I asked to cancel. They just said ok. No explanation on why it kept saying it was close to my house then turning around. I had already begrudgingly ordered from this location. FYI this franchise does not do the Papa’s pairing deal while others do. I thought that special had ended nope. Just this franchise. The manager did reach out; however, the franchise owner’s decision to not participate in Papa’s pairing and the poor service cannot make up for the managers attempt to resolve. I thought I was done with Papa John’s. Nope. Just this one."

"I placed my order through ubereats. There was no place to leave a note so the minute my order went through I called the store and asked if they could make my pizza with no cheese on top of the topping. Keep in mind this was done immediately after my order went through on Ubereats. Zach who claim to be a manager didn't want to make the pizza the way I requested so he told me my pizza had already been made and was in the oven cooking which I knew was a lie. No way could you have made my pizza in less than a minute of me placing my order. He refused to correct the order and when I complained about reporting this situation to corporate he told me that his store is franchise and said it very unbothered. Because of this situation I'm out of 25$. He didn't care at all. It was very obvious that he wasn't telling the truth just from the conversation I had with him. Never again will I order from this location. Zach if you're a manager shame on you. You didn't care when I told him I was going to leave a review. Something so minor could've been resolved yet you didn't care at all. Unprofessional."

"DINT RECOMMEND no structure at ALLoday I placed an order online upon entering the store upon showing the cashier(manger) my conformation she said she didnt see order ....they took my money.Made me wait 3 hrs for nothing!! Basically accusing us of stealing claiming we made it up.i called corporate put then on the phone with cashier(Manger) she still refuses to give me money back for order. THE MANGER continued to be rude and disrespectful as we are talking and on Phone with corporate If this is how you treat you customers won't come back it was a proper way to handle situation this wasn't it ."

"I ordered a Shaqaroni with extra cheese, plus mushrooms and onions. I got a Kevin Hartaroni, a tiny little impersonation with 1/4 the amount of pepperonis and even less cheese. Once I reordered the pizza I got extra cheese, but I got less sauce, the same amount of pepperoni, with no efforts to make the pizza I actually ordered. I would never go to this Papa John's again. I would order a pizza from a meth head and a meth lab before I would come here again. I'm sick of restaurants taking advantage of their carry out customers by assuming they won't look at their order before they leave. Either because they think it will be doordash or some delivery service or because they won't open their order until they get home and be too tired or disconcerting to worry about the fact that they got ripped off once again. That's the true test of a restaurant. The ones that think that they can rip people off on the orders they won't open or look at until they get home, when they won't care or have the time to complain about what they were actually given. They should permanently close this location."
