"Matt and Logan was AWESOME tonight . I came in and got some wings and cheese bread and a sausage pizza . My order was made hot fresh and quick . I didn’t even have to ask for a bag for my sauces , they had it already in a bag ."

"I’ve been coming to this location for lunch for the last year every day and it’s just gotten worse and worse. Was told I’d have a 10 min wait today and was waited for a half hour. (All of my lunch break) the old staff was great this new staff just plain and simple needs work. At the very least they need to do a better job setting expectations."

"Went in, menu was not on asked girl at register to see why it wasn't on she called the mgr on duty he came looked at it walked away went and stood by oven and proceeded to put in a dip of tobacco in at this point I told the young lady I guess his tobacco is more important and left.sorry customer service!!!!!!"

"I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this is the worst place I've ever eaten. I've gotten food from here twice, and both times have been terrible experiences. On the first occasion, a couple weeks ago, I went through the drive thru to get some crazy bread and crazy sauce. They told me it would be a 15 minute wait, so I paid and parked. 45 minutes later, I went back through the drive thru (it was empty) to check on things. The guy at the window scoffed at me and told me I hadn't ordered. I showed him my receipt, to which he responded by grabbing it out of my hands and walking away without saying anything. About 5 minutes later, he came back and told me to go park and that it'd be out in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, a different worker came out to my car, shoved a bag of crazy bread through my window, and rushed away before I could say anything. Upon opening it, there was no seasoning on it at all and it was cold, in addition to them completely forgetting my sauce. After waiting over an hour and putting up with rude service, I decided to cut my losses and just leave. On the most recent occasion, I ordered through Door Dash. I actually waited less time than when I had gone in person. The pizza I ordered was good and the crazy bread was delicious as well (and warm), but when I dipped it into the crazy sauce, I had to spit it out. The sauce they'd given me had very clearly gone bad. It looked fine, but upon closer inspection it smelled sour, and had a rancid taste. I cannot recommend this location any less."

"The service has gotten super slow the past couple of months. Be ready to wait at least 25-40 minutes for a “drive thru” order. You will have to park and wait. There’s no way of them knowing who was there first. They need windshield ticket numbers system so they know who was actually next. People get frustrated and end up walking in and the ones who can’t go in end up waiting the longest. Quality is good as always for the price but don’t expect drive thru speed. Drive thru is kind of pointless. Order online if you can."
