"This is absolutely the rudest establishment I have attempted to do business with here in Cartersville. I had to call three times before I was actually actually able to place an order. When I was attempting to place the order I was being rushed and then when I was paying I asked him if he was ready for payment and he was rude and said "I've been ready since this morning go ahead". I didn't even place my order because the customer service is awful at this restaurant! If you want any kind of respect do not use this Pizza Hut."
"Ordered on the app. On a Wednesday and it took an hour and twenty seven minutes to get food. It was cold and tried to call. 33 minutes on hold. This place is terrible! Go somewhere else! Run!"
"There was initially an issue with my delivery that I was unsatisfied with, but the staff member on the phone was very polite to me and understanding when I asked to cancel my order but instead of just doing that, they sent my pizza anyway and comped it for me. I really appreciate how far they went to help me after the mix up. I will definitely be returning!"
"Sitting around with the family deciding on dinner. Pizza sounded good to everyone, but from where? The typical names came up, Papa John's, Domino's, Little Caesars... yuck. I'm sick of all of them. Someone suggested Pizza Hut but said that it was a little expensive. I quickly downloaded the app and found some great deals. So, Pizza Hut it was. It was ready in 14 minutes, hot, fresh, full of ingredients, and affordable. We will definitely order from them again."
