"Good food,good location. But service sucks. I’m saying it because this is the third time that I have been there and I definitely will not come back. There is only one or two servers for the restaurant. Drinks take to long food takes forever but the check comes really fast. If you really want to go please get a seat at the bar."

"Wanted to have Valentine’s Day dinner with my 2 sons and chose this location ….I use to go often but about a year or a year and a half ago or so the service just started going down I haven’t gone in a while so I wanted to give it another shot. I used to love their bourbon street steak and their daiquiris so I said why not… Wrong choice!!! service was horrible waited forever to be seated. The hostess told us that the manager said not to seat anyone else. I asked to speak with the manager and he said she’s not gonna come out… Unbelievable…the 1 server that they did have around Had a horrible attitude. I’m just surprised I’ve been running.… Where is corporate?"

"Customer service is terrible waiters walk around doing their own little ting and don’t ask if you need help with anything. Waited over and hour for food which they said was being packed when I arrived. Seems like the only place in the restaurant they keep customers happy is the bar.."

"BEWARE - SCAMMING CUSTOMERS My waitress took it upon herself to increase her tip amount. How many other honest, hardworking customers are being taken advantage of by an unscrupulous, fraudulent thief of a waitress? Below is the picture evidence. Eating good in the neighborhood with plastic utensils, while everyone else had regular utensils. The waitress acted as if she didn't want to service us, as if we weren't there. I felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable there. How can I ever dine in a place like that? I felt discriminated by such acts of deliberate, blatant ignorance. I decided to give her another chance by ordering dessert and guess what... more plastic utensils. Plastic spoons. Why couldn't I get regular utensils when everyone else at this establishment had regular utensils? There are plenty of other restaurants that will surely appreciate my business. I would give this location zero stars or worse if possible. It's so sad that she is even employed here, giving Applebee's a bad name. I will never forget that disrespectful waitress' actions or her name."
