"Poor Customer Service. Mrs. Lecia was rude. To give a more detailed experience, let me start by saying, I've lived in Douglasville for 15 years, my son and I dropped in today on our way from the gym to get some breakfast and even he noticed her attitude. So in the 15 years of being in Douglasville, I've gone to the two Waffle houses on Fairburn best experiences at both. Also the Chapel Hill location near I-20, but also the newest one near Chapel Hill Middle school. Always top tier customer service, fast service with southern hospitality flare. I do love Waffle House. So this was my second or actually 3rd visit at this location all the visits until today were probably the best chain restaurant experiences with a chain I had had up till today. So let me say so that other locations know my apprectiation, I will be revuewimg them with 5 stars. I will say by the end of this visit she did greet me off well and for that I appreciate it, but I just felt she was short and with major attitude, I tried to clarify the order because in previous times I placed the order for my son and myself and I ordered extra cheese eggs and previously at a different Waffle House was asked how many cheeses vs eggs I wanted it affects the price so I tried to get ahead of the game and clarify that seemed to irritate the waitress as though I was correcting her but that wasn't my efforts at all. I had no attitude coming into the restaurant just joy and happiness I mean I was with my son and we both had endorphins from the workout, plus we both love Waffle House. I was steaming hot, but I tried to calm down because honestly it's Christmas Time no energy for bad behavior. So what I would say to this Woman from a consumer perspective is, Always keep a listening ear, and even if things are corrected, read off what you have for the order in as kind a manner as you can just so both parties are on the same page,but don't take there clarity as a correction maybe that person is just trying to be helpful. I typically tip pretty well no tip on this order I was that disgusted. I will return to Waffle House I can't take way from the other two visits to this location which were just as Stellar as the other locations."

"Like three days ago, me and my husband went around 7 PM and the staff told us before we can get off the car they were closed. I live in Lithia Springs and that is the closest waffle House to me every time I go 8 out of 10 times close in the evenings Or they always have to go order signs only. Online it says 24 hours open, which is not true and they never answer their phone when you try to call. Better staff needs to be hired people that want to work. It’s also bad for business if y’all didn’t want business why put a waffle house near a highway?"

"8:15 and to go only sign at the door. Not surprised cause a couple of months ago we got there right at shift change and the new staff told the customers they was getting To go plates if it was ok.
