Moe's Southwest Grill 894 Thornton Road, Lithia Springs, GA 30122

"I usually love Moe’s but this experience was not the best. I order a tofu/veggie burrito bowl via mobile order. When I arrive 30 minutes later my order was not completed. I understand things happen so I let the young man know that I was waiting on a mobile order and he prepared the order and handed it to me. When I got to the car I check the order and not only did it not have tofu on it but all it had was rice, lettuce and pico. I took the order back inside and asked if I could have the order made correctly. The young man said “well we don’t have a lot of th ingredients you ordered”. My response was “well instead of giving me an incorrect order why wouldn’t you just let me know that you were out of certain items. He had no answer and offered my free queso. I stated that I didn’t want free items, just wanted what I paid for. Since then, I’ve submitted an inquiry to corporate online and I’ve attempted to call the location everyday for almost 2 weeks and I cannot get an answer. At this point I’d just like a credit the meal I never got to eat/enjoy. I try to extend grace because I’ve worked in the food industry before, but my patience has run dry."

"Honestly couldn’t eat there, apparently even though the sign clearly says that they close at 9:00 pm Monday - Sunday I guess on tonight they decided to close early. They turned away at least 5 cars of people. I am sure if they would simply put this policy on the door it would be a lot easier for people to determine that they are in fact closed early. Maybe it’s a new policy? Who knows…"

"This location has an issue with putting chicken in the food. Multiple times I've had missing chicken from my bowls and most recently last night my kid's quesadilla was missing chicken for the second time, the burrito was missing chicken and one burrito was altogether missing. Luckily we checked the order before we left but we definitely shouldn't shouldn't have to dig through our order to make sure the primary ingredient is included ! Not to mention that we ordered the food around 6:30pm and it tasted like the food restaurants serve right before they close. It just wasn't up to par and the rice was hard."
