Wendy's 599 Thornton Road, Lithia Springs, GA 30122

"Not only is this place super ghetto. They were literally going back and forth with each other on the drive through speaker. She kept saying hold on. I was sitting while they argued for 5 min. Then when asking for an extra sauce the girl with the red hair LaLa with a snotty attitude was like its 35 cent. I come to Wendys 3 times a week and never been charged. Don't come here. It has to be ran by kids."

"Wow... I've been to several of bad Wendy's, but by far, this is the worst one I've ever been to. Now I see why they have a BAD rating... I ordered a double stack, and I pulled right in the parking lot to eat... My fries were cold, the cheese on the double stack was not melted, and that let me know the burger was cold and it was. Smh, this was horrible!!! This is embarrassing for a manager. This is the type of workers you have working here that does not CARE how the food goes out to the customer. 12/13/2023 at 9:57 pm."

"Went to Wendy's on the way home from the airport and sat in line for 55 minutes. We Ordered Dave's single cheese everything extra pickles NO LETTUCE.Well we got a sandwich with mayo, onions, LETTUCE totally wrong. Also Ordered a spicy Asiago with everything hamburger built, extra pickles well once again order jacked up, no tomatoes, bacon bits, no extra pickles chicken was so small it looked like they cut it in half. Get up to the window had to give the guy at the first window the order again so he could print the receipt so it wouldn't look like we was waiting in line so long. Drive to next window the girls say where your receipt I tell her what we Ordered so we had to find the receipt before we got the food. I'm like so mad at this point I could scream. I give her the receipt and had to wait even longer. I will starve before I will ever spend my money at this Wendy's I'm so sick of this piss poor service. I worked at Wendy's and it was ALL ABOUT the quality and time of service and this store failed at it all."

"Just keep driving!!!! I have not had Wendy's since I had this burger. I cannot believe they let this come out of their restaurant. I cannot believe this was in their restaurant at all.
