"I was seated immediately. I placed my order and received my food within 15 minutes. My meal was good. The server was cool and friendly. Overall, I'm satisfied. Not sure if I'll ever visit that location again being as I was just visiting the area, but if I do, I will."

"I was given and opened 6 sets of silverware. All of them were extremely dirty, with food on them. It was as though they had just wrapped up silverware straight from finished plates. Ultimately, we ate with plastic ware. Further, with only 3 tables seated, the service was incredibly slow. For my table of 2, we ordered biscuit sandwiches, and it took well over 30 minutes. If I wasn't with a hungry child, I would have left."

"This was a huge disappointment at the start of our day heading out to Talladega for the Craftsman Cup race. It took 10 minutes after being seated before our waitress saw us as we were now waving our arms. Only one other table was in the restaurant. She took our order including our drinks and disappeared. After waiting another 10 minutes we asked another waitress to please bring our drinks. 20 minutes in and now we are the only ones there. 10 more minutes for the food and the waitress was surprised that we had the drinks. She apologized but what in the world was she doing all this time while we waited? Then the food. Looked good but it was quite obvious that the hash browns had been made sometime earlier and sat around till my order as they were very chewy and on the cold side. Very disappointing experience at this location."

"Do not I repeat do not eat here. If I could given this place a zero I would. I walked in with the excitement of having a nice hot breakfast. This was not the case. My order was Classic Eggs Benedict with Classic French toast easy meal quick to turn out. My drink was ice tea. The server brought my drink in a to go cup because she didn’t want me to see whatever was floating in my drink. Then I waited for a half hour for a different server to bring me my food and say “I am sorry your server forgot about you” I was the only person in the restaurant! My food had been done for along time because it was cold. Then it was missing half the item they brought the items out to me which was hash browns and French toast. I eat my cold food and as I did I got to listen to the employee curse and carry on as well as talk about their bow movements and the appearance of it and staying in the restroom long enough that the lights went out. Once done with my cold food I moved onto the hash browns and French toast the hash browns were to be expected however when I went to eat my French toast it wasn’t even cooked I turned it over and the bottom side was still raw egg. At this point I was done I just wanted to leave because I could have went to McDonald’s for a better meal. Two things need to happen corporate needs to step in to get this place in line and the health department needs to do a visit."
