"I've been in customer service for years, & it's super important your staff members understand it, or else why bother applying for the position! Your staff represents your business & your entire team! The West Avenue Waffle House night shift is lacking it all the way, don't waste your time here or else be prepared to leave very disappointed. The moment you walk into the door this team has no knowledge of there customers period! Nor greets you nor smiles. There all a bunch of Grinch, unorganized, unprofessional & unexperienced. Worst Waffle House goes to: West Avenue!"

"The waitress was great!!! She took care of everything and we didn't have to ask for anything. However, the waffle cook doesn't know the difference in a dark waffle and a waffle. I ordered a dark waffle and it was just like everyone else's "pancake looking" waffle."
