"Absolutely horrible. Obviously you can’t expect much from a motel 6 but my family and I needed a last minute booking and the first room they gave us had cigarettes burns all throughout the sheets and no blanket's so they put us in another room… When we entered the second room my fiancé lifted up the bed and 3 dead cockroach’s!!!! Not even one minute later, a live one crawling by our bags. We left less than an 1 hour into the room while we searched for another hotel and the employees had the audacity to deny a refund in the beginning. We ended up getting our refund but it was an absolutely disgusting experience."

"Well since the people at the front desk beg you to leave a review for them I finally had the time to leave one. Granted it's not going to be what they probably want. Where do I start? I stayed here for a quite awhile & the whole stay there was absolutely miserable. The toilet's are constantly stopped up & one day when I told them about the issue the manager & the maintenance man came to the room brought a snake & put it down the shower. You wouldn't believe what came up & was all over the bathroom. It looked like black soot (maintenance man said it was hair dye) & they just left it. I had to ask them to please come back with chemicals to clean. Someone came to clean but they didn't use any chemicals they just washed everything they brought up back down the drain. When the guy was asked to spray chemicals in the shower so it could be cleaned he told us he would be back in 5 mins with it but of course never came back. So I had to end up buying my own cleaner to clean up the mess they made. The whole hotel went a whole week where the toilet couldn't be flushed, you couldn't shower bc sewage was coming up out of the shower. When I asked them if I could get a discount since they couldn't provide the basic amenities that I paid for the manager lied to me & said if it was their issue he could but it wasn't it was the City's. But 2 days later the workers working on the issue were not City workers they were people the hotel hired. For the longest time when you could shower there it didn't matter what time of day it was there was no hot water. I went without a TV for an entire week and everyday when I would ask where the new TV was I was told a different lie every time by every employee I asked. Then one day when I went to bring them my sheets to wash I was told they had no clean sheets but as soon as they had some I would be brought them. Well 6 hours pass still didn't have sheets so I called the front desk & asked for some and I was told that laundry was closed & I would have to wait till tomorrow to get sheets. So I went to the front desk & asked him again & he still refused to get me any sheets. I even asked if I could go to a room that wasn't in use & I would take the sheets off one of those beds. He refused. That was the straw that broke the camels back. I called corporate & told them about all these issues. They called the front desk & I was finally brought some sheets. After this situation I had contact with the office staff daily bc if you want to warm your food up you have to go to the office bc they are too cheap to put microwaves and refrigerators in all the rooms (there's only a handful of rooms that have those items) and when I saw the office staff they acted as if everything was okay. Well the day comes where it's time for me to pay for my room and when I go to do that they decide to tell me that I can no longer stay there bc I called corporate on them and bc I did that they had to pay a $500 fine. Who knows if that's the truth bc like I have already stated these people don't know how to tell the truth even if their life depended on it. Speaking of your life this location in just the year 2023 has had SIX PEOPLE MURDERED while staying at this establishment. The last girl is probably the worse. Her boyfriend killed her on Saturday, October 28th but this poor girl wasn't found in her room until HALLOWEEN. Cops stated they could smell odors when coming in contact of the area she was found but the hotel staff couldn't? What hotel has housekeepers but doesn't make them check on their guest that are staying over again instead of checking out? If this hotel was ran like every other hotel/motel this poor girl wouldn't of just been left there dead in her room for THREE DAYS.This is the absolute worst Motel 6 on the planet. I'm honestly surprised Motel 6 even still lets these owners still own one of their chains. I'm so glad I documented every messed up situation this place had going on bc when I call the health department on them the pictures I have are definitely worth a 1000 words as the saying goes."

"Definitely a little different then I expected but overall my stay here has been great. Wish it was a little less to stay overnight or a week. But other than that I have no complaints."

"The rooms were really dirty. No fridge or microwave but the giant roaches might've stolen them. TV didn't work. Nor wifi. People knocked on the door all night asking for money or clothes and offering to sell drugs and other things. The police was there breaking up fights several times. Met a 70 year old working girl. Liked her golden sparkly short shorts."

"Made a reservation at this location for my son's ceremony at fort moore now the location is very close to base which was the only good thing about this place. We show up to sign in the front desk guys tone just came off really rude. Went to the room and first thought was "what is that smell?" Then I noticed there were no blankets on the bed, looked down on the floor and the floor was FILTHY as of itbhadnt been sweepted or mopped in years the bathroom was just as filthy and then the cherry on top the room door had a actual hole in it and just a black bag to fill the hole! Went and talked to the front desk they offered another room which reeked of weed I asked for a refund after they refused multiple times i had to stay firm to finally get the refund (hasn't cleared yet but I will stay on top of that) Please if your traveling alone or with kids do Not I repeat do NOT stay here!!!! I always stay at motel 6 I find them usually decent for the price but NOT this one your life isn't worth that!!!"
