"Good guy"
"Very fast service . The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"
"This dental office is amazing! Its extremely clean, welcoming and my mouth feels brand new after leaving. I've been going here for a few years and would tell anyone that this is the place for their whole family."
"Terrible service. I was there in January for a cleaning and was told it was a regular cleaning. They later billed me for a deep cleaning and mailed me the balance that my insurance company didn't pay. I asked the hygienist if I needed a deep clean, she said no because she didn't need to go under the gum line. Dr. Innis examed me and told me I needed an extraction. I went back yesterday to have it done, only to be told he couldn't do it. So I had to pay another examination fee. Why wasn't I told this in January and given a referral. So here I am today at the surgeon's office only to find out they don't take my insurance. I am so done. Time to find a new dentist."
"I went to Dr. Inness for 2.5 years thinking I was getting good care. Summing it up after becoming concerned when I was told nothing they could do to save yet another tooth this is after he did not discover cavity hygenist did even though he looked at xrays and mouth before cleaning. I had to have 3 fillings in this time frame and all had to be redone a week to 3 weeks after he did them and produced more damage to tooth. I went to my old dentist whom is not in my insurance network and she asked me after taking x rays when the last time I had cleaning ? I told her 6 mos ago and they showed me x pays and said it looked like I had not had cleaning in a years so much buildup. I had yet a 3rd consult to confirm with another dentist and he confirmed the same thing. This man should not be practicing. I've lost 3 teeth and now have had to put out and additional 2200.00 to get my mouth healthy and still have to have a crown done and a tooth implant est cost 6000.00.I think this guy is is either a failure in dental school or only cares how many patients he sees to make money including overlooking defects that could be fixed easily and with little cost till they become a big expensive cost. Do not go to this dentist if you want to keep your own teeth . I was typical of most that I believed he'd do the best he could as a professional but he needs to be put out of business."
