"I'm sorry but after a few trips here I noticed my teeth weren't cleaned properly, nor was my other filling done. It was also confirmed by another dentist I had a cavity on a tooth I formly complained about. You milked my insurance and got paid you should have done a better job and did all my work as needed now not only do I need another thorough cleaning I'm forced to have two fillings, filled that you failed to do the first time around. The new dentist showed me my teeth up close and there was build up after a cleaning that's unacceptable I will not be coming back."
