"I had a 230pm appointment and I exit the office at 245. Reason, very unclean with dirty sinks & floors. I was awaiting a DT to start my exam, while waiting i started looking around and notice things that gave me a uncomfortable feeling. I just couldn't allow this facility to handle my family dental care. This was my first visit to this office & coast dental group. For the staff to be walking around and seeing these issues without correcting is very disturbing. The lobby area was very unclean also, myself & another new patient walked out. I called the receptionist after leaving, giving her my reason, she only could apologize. Apologies not accepted!! This was a very bad experience on 22 January 2024"

When the actual doctor came in and presented herself she took her time, and had a lot of patience, explained herself well enough for me to understand which made me feel very comfortable.
