"First of all dr Lester doesn’t care about me at all I was in pain I was in his chair in the room he refused to treat my tooth aches biggest slap in the face he gave me prescription medicine to go cvs pharmacy I was extremely angry frustrated that he refused to treat I drove one hour from Atlanta to Conyers for garbage lazy pathetic effort I ended the relationship with dr Lester I found a dentist close to home in atlanta. I am permanently done with this awful dentist I don’t understand why he treated me this way"

"We've been with this practice since 2008 and they were wonderful. But what the one star reviews left by others over the past two years are correct. They have rescheduled EVERY SINGLE DENTAL appointment that they made for us ALL YEAR LONG. I'm beyond disappointed and have started to search for another dentist. It's also true that you can never get anyone on the phone even during office hours; and, at this point, it's been over a year since my last cleaning so I'm not even going to fight to get the dental records... sometimes it's just easier to cut your losses and start over. If anyone has a dentist in Conyers that they love, let me know."

"My family and I have been faithful clients since 2006. We even remained faithful during COVID and the reduced hours when there was already limited availability. Due to the office continual rescheduling of my daughter’s appointments for the last 2 years, she sought temporary care elsewhere. She went in for a regular cleaning and was informed of cavities that needed to filled. I called this office today to schedule an appointment for her, but was informed by a nurse that the doctor (don’t know whether it was Dr. Joe or Dr. Jack) suggests she continue to go where she was last seen, because they didn’t want to go behind another doctor. Are you kidding me? If it wasn’t for them, she wouldn’t have sought care somewhere else. I was beyond disappointed after the loyalty we gave to this office. I told the nurse that they just lost a family of 4. What a poor way to treat loyal clients. They should be ashamed!"
