"Dr. Washington is a great dentist but he has unethical billing practices by keeping insurance payments and the patients payments. Dr. Washington makes his patients pay for their services up front with the promise that they will get refunded once the insurance pays but he keeps your money and the insurance payments. In my situation, my insurance company paid him on October 4, 2023, the payment cleared his practice's bank on October 9, 2023 yet on November 1st when I called the office they still claimed that they had not received the payment. When I told the office staff that the insurance confirmed that the payment was directly deposited into the practice's bank account, she then said " only the doctor has that sheet with that information on it". That is when I knew he was a fraud and thief. He gets away with this because most people automatically trust doctors and their staff and rarely do they take the time to call the insurance company to check on payments. My service was in July, the insurance completed all of their payments to the practice on October 4, 2023 and as of today November 5, 2023, I still have not received my refund for the payment I gave Dr. Washington in July! STAY AWAY!!"

"Dr Washington was so amazing! I didn’t feel any pain from the time he started to the time he finished. So grateful he got me in fast and took care of me. His bedside manners are amazing and his assistant was amazing as well. Not to mention, they both very funny. Lol. I was actually laughing during the procedure listening to them. The front staff was very polite and amazing as well. I highly recommend if you need a root canal to see him.. Grateful for his services."

I was referred to Dr. Jelani Washington office. I found Dr. Washington not only very competent and professional but his calm demeanor helped me relax for what can be a very scary procedure. Fast Forward to 2021 I had to have another procedure and was not mentally prepared but I remembered the genuine care of Dr. Washington and as before he listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained what he would do to correct my issue.
