"Check in and out was very friendly and fast service. Our room was neat and tidy and smelled fresh and clean. Breakfast was good and the kitchen staff was very good at keeping the food out and the chow line moving. Housekeeping does a daily clean and does a great job at keeping things nice for you. Everyone was great to deal with. Very friendly and helpful staff. The internet service provided was also more than adequate. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area."

"Front desk clerk was amazing : housekeeping was cussing on the phone very loudly the entire day. The room wasn’t as nice as the ones pictured online, bath tub fixture was broken off, sitting on the side of the tub & I had to clean pubic hair off the toilet lid before I could even use it. Property was quiet for the most part (other than housekeeping), exterior building was dated but landscaping was nice."

"Didn't get room service my whole stay. Had to go and get my own towels. Found a pair of used underwear by the nightstand. I've stayed here before and had great service but not this time. Didn't get reimbursed for deposit and roaches were everywhere. Got moved to another room because the first room didn't have anything working in it. This is the hotel that I've always chosen but this time has been undesirable. And to make matters worse I brought a guest. Very disappointed!!!!"

"The housekeepers aren't doing their jobs. We had to clean 1 of the 2 rooms for about 30 minutes to feel comfortable enough to stay. That was after we got moved from 235 for having macaroni in the floor. 237 was fine but 239 the bed was terrible and had roaches. We killed several and left the spray for the housekeepers. Was dust so thick you could write messages in it. As we did. You wouldn't expect this from a tax and all $100 a night room. Do better."

"The hotel is way too expensive for the type and quality that you get. My room smelled and the air-conditioner was part-time as it needed a setting to operate and function properly. The staff was OK, they were too casual, and one was disrespectful as he yelled "Come on, it is time for check out" while I was taking to the cleaning lady, and also noticed another cleaning lady vaping while cleaning next door room, so maybe that's why the smell. The room was not clean, the toilet and bathtub looks like it has been months since the last time it was cleaned. Oh and hanging from the bathroom door was a lady dress that didn't belonged to us, with a heavy marihuana smell. The breakfast was good, and the flavor and quality was OK. On and all, I wouldn't recommend this "Inn" as the $80+ per night is too expensive for the type of "Inn" you'll get. I have stayed in Motels with better quality and more affordable than this one. I believe that a $80 per night room should at least be in good shape. Airbnb next time I need to visit Ft. Moore."
