"Honestly I love how quiet the community is, my only problems are that the water goes out mostly every 2weeks for hours,..I’ve been here for a year & lot rent has rent up at least 130.00$ that is insane!! Not to mention the lawn keepers here do a horrible job I have leaves everywhere at this very moment,..I called & asked can someone come out & take care of it! But nothing happened,..so me & my husband will take care of it as usual!!! I still enjoy staying out there,..it feels safe ! Mrs.Sandra & I had one small altercation but after we sat down & talked it out,..she’s been great ! I’m African American by the way lol I see a lot of racist reviews,..but it’s the maintenance man that’s racist to me! But anyways just pay your bills & stay out the way & you want have any problems Lol"

"Definitely stay away and find another park! Management is always low key racist. This new manager that’s in place sandra Hernandez is rude nasty vindictive, and she definitely seek retaliation when called out! On 8/22 I noticed a recycle bin THAT I ORDERED from city of tallahassee was missing. No one ever said anything manager or not it’s very rude to remove things out of someone yard you didn’t place there and proceeded to say she needed it for someone else then said well I took more people can as well. I told her I brought that can here to this park and she gets rude and upset when I snap back on her. conversation ended I contacted the city in regards to placing a new order went about my day. This was around 12pm office close at 5. Today 8/23 early this morning there’s a note on my door for violation of the trash can (which was removed no telling when they took it) there was a violation for running a business here which I work from home and have been 3 years and violation for a mannequin being outside which again has been outside for months!!! She has came by here several times and the mannequin had always been in the same spot never moved. RETALIATION because I stand on what I said. There are several other kids that are always in the pool however she harassed my kids made them leave and said it was after hours but as I rode by around 830-9 there were people visible in the pool!!! She has made my kids feel uncomfortable and disrespected. My home Was broken into and no one had any clue as to how brand new appliances popped up missing broad daylight save yourself! Doreen was the best manager they ever had and she advanced in her career."

"Update: 7/13/23 - I received a call from the manager who apologized multiple times and explained what happened. She offered us a complimentary stay. Mistakes happen and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer apology. I have upgraded my rating. Had a confirmed reservation and someone was in our spot when we arrived that night. No one was around to help us. The security guard tried to find an empty spot for us, but there was no power at the sites he showed us. He tried to help, but seemed very frustrated and had no info or anyone else we could contact. We ended up boondocking somewhere else. I left messages before we arrived and that night. It’s been 2 days and I still haven’t gotten an apology, or any response."

"We have stayed at Bayhead multiple times with our 32 foot motorhome. Our stays have been overnight to a few weeks at a time.The facilities are clean, pool and deck are very clean and inviting and they keep the grass cut. The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and helpful. Sites are large, grass and sand and leveling was not a problem with full hookups. Although off a main road, Highway 90 it feels like you're in the country with trees and quiet enough to hear the birds chirping. Our guests also commented about the park being pleasant. We will stay here again."
