"Staff was generally cordial except for Tuesday, 1/30/24 who was rather rude to clients at breakfast and did not refill food minimal food items & napkins 15 minutes before closing. Room did not have any towel racks - all were missing. ALSO, the bathroom door did not close and the fan/heater was very noisy and did not operate by thermostat Beds were newer and comfortable but only comfort item in this Baymont hotel. Would not recommend as there are other hotels of better value."

"I stay at this Baymont every week for work & I am always completely satisfied! The manager/owner is always super nice & eager to make sure my stay is as comfortable as possible! I would never consider staying anywhere else in Tallahassee other than this Baymont!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. This place was NASTY!!! The room said no smoking but it REEKED of piss and cigarettes. I felt so disgusting going to bed. Not to mention, the doors don’t actually shut all the way. There was stuff left on the towels. I didn’t even dare showering. No way! If it was 1am and raining I would have found another hotel immediately."

"I will say I stay here often , but this past Saturday will def be my LAST TIME Staying here. The girl NICOLE at the front desk has THE NASTIEST attitude. If you can’t conduct good customer service you SHOULD NOT apply to work in customer service positions. I pray you guys can resolve her mental issues otherwise I see this establishment losing more business. She was rude when I checked in. Once I got to my room the Tv remote was not working I contacted her at the front desk for assistance & she was rude about it as if having a working remote isn’t a NEED in a room with a TV. Idk who pissed in her cereal that day but her attitude is UNACCEPTABLE for business!"

"They kicked us out and kept our deposit but it’s a “ pet friendly “ hotel we had a dog we weren’t there even a hour. I am a platinum member with Wyndham rewards, and by far this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at as far as the rudeness of the staff. When Wyndham contacted them, they said they sent an apology to me, which I never received, and they also said that they explained thoroughly about the pet policy, which they never did. It’s amazing how many comments are similar to mine, but they claim this is the first time this ever happened. My search criteria on the app was pet, friendly hotel, and on the website it says, pet Friendly hotel"
