"After a terrible cut from another establishment, I walked into sideburns right before closing hoping they would fix my hair. They were very accommodating and accepted me last minute. I appreciate the help that I received!! Kevin did an amazing job and cut my hair the way I requested originally! Thank you all!! 10/10 would recommend!"

"I am editing this to say that the owners reply that we "discussed" anything isnt true. As I said in my review no one spoke to me for 20 minutes and then the only thing they said that it would be the next day before I could get my hair cut. Went in on 2 separate occasions, was never greeted. Both times someone came up to get someone else for an appointment but never acknowledged my presence. After sitting there for around 20 minutes each time someone finally asked if I had an appointment, I said no. First time it would be several hours, even though the lobby was empty. Second time they said the next day, lobby still empty. I get that appointments are a priority but the place was empty and they have a sign that says they take walk ins. After wasting 40 minutes total I would say that's a lie. 0/10 would not recommend."

"OK one of your girls came through for me. I went to I believe it’s called great clips up by Walmart in Ashland. They completely messed my hair up. I still paid and tipped, but immediately came to sideburn stadium. I was a walk in also kind of in a rush, because it is date night for my self and my fiancé. I explained the situation as I was getting checked in and she came through hooked me up. Great haircut. Great customer service. Great experience honestly saved the day because great clips was definitely not on point. But thank you to the person that took me in and saved the day. "Will not be back! Went to get a haircut for my son and myself. They butchered his cut and forgot to put me on the list after waiting over an hour. Not sure how this place is still in business!! When your employees have to ask each other how to cut someone’s hair it’s not a good sign. This was his 2nd time there and they messed up his first cut 2 years ago. We only went there this time because everywhere else was full. Shame on us for not learning our lesson the first time. Don’t waste your money!! Part 2: In response to the owners reply below - Your description of how things occurred are not accurate at all. We arrived and asked if there were any openings and the lady at the desk said they had openings in about an hour and she asked for our names. We went and ate lunch and came back. Essentially we made apts for about an hour later than when we arrived. After my sons cut they moved on to the next person. When I asked if she still had me down my name wasn’t on the list, the lady even said yea you should be on there and it wasn’t. Nice try though. Also, saying that I became furious is a blatant lie in an attempt to discredit my complaint, once again nice try. Business must be weak if you have to resort to those kind of tactics. Anyone considering using the services of this place don’t waste your money."
