"Honestly, this is the absolute worst salon I’ve ever been to. They cut off my long hair and refused to cut it the way I had asked (those were the stylist’s exact words, “I refuse” even though it was a perfectly normal cut that they had performed on others I know personally.) They also colored my hair the exact same color it already was. No one could tell it was any different. On top of that, they were both rude and expensive. I don’t mind paying for what I want but they did the opposite. I’ve spent the last decade now driving all the way up to Troy, Ohio (about 3 and half hours away) to a salon that is actually good. Save yourself the frustration and money, go somewhere else."
