"Someone recommended the salon here, and I have to say...Preston did an amazing job on my hair. It was a complete transformation that I absolutely love and get complimented on daily. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to do a hair transformation with dye, and he did an amazing job again. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Did I mention my daughter's hair appointment ran past the mall closing, and the staff made sure my daughter and I got to our vehicles safely on the other side of the mall? Amazing. I used to always go to the Ulta in Huntington...never again. This is our place."

"If you order something online do not go there to take it back they will give you a merchandise card instead of an online shopping card which cannot use the merchandise card online. I told the woman I want to take the hourglass brand which they do not carry at this Location she knew that I still gave me the wrong card and did not care! I have called in the only thing they said was sorry they don’t care they have to drive two hours. That’s why I ordered online and plus even if I drove two hours to the store they still don’t have the brand I want! And she was extremely rude from the get-go at the cash register she did not care to help she knew that they did not carry that brand and I did not know they didn’t carry that brand and I asked her can one of your other ladies help me find my perfect shade and she’s like yes yes I can knowing the whole time they did not carry that brand! And like I said extremely rude do not go there"

"I went to Ulta (Ashland Town Center location) and had no idea what was going on with my face, what I needed, what to ask for etc. I’ve always had textured skin with small bumps that never came to a head no matter what I tried. Jonathan stepped in and explained why I couldn’t get the small bumps on my face to go away and that it’s actually keratin deposits. He then asked about my skincare routine and also my price range and showed me quality products within my price range and even pointed out some of his personal favorites. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in an understandable but educational way, including what was happening with my skin. He explained step by step, product by product why these products would be choice for and how and why they would work for my skin goals as well as how to use them. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Then I forgot pretty much everything he told me about when to use what so I called the store and y’all, he went over it with me AGAIN over the phone and seemed pleased to do so . Best customer service ever!"
