"If you were looking to have a job well done then go somewhere else, staff seemed annoyed that people wanted their hair cut. Understanding the word and measurement “inch” would also help with the experience as my wife wanted one “inch” of hair removed. The hair dresser also cut her hair dry instead of wetting it like it would normally be done, perhaps she should have married rich so she wouldn’t be bothered with having to work like the rest of us who have to pay for haircuts."

"They definitely don’t know what they’re doing! I went in with fairly long curly hair that’s extremely thick and asked for a simple bang trim because I couldn’t see they had gotten so long. They ended up barely cutting my bangs and instead cutting all my hair in the back but not in the front. The best way I can describe it is a mop looking cut. Would not recommend, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere or do it at home."
