"The food was alright, not amazing but alright. The thing that weirded us out was that it's completely contactless. Even while dining in. We ordered on a screen and paid, then waited, then went to a locker and got our food. No people in the front whatsoever. I know this is the future so companies can take in even more profits, but it felt creepy, dystopian, and sterile. Not really what I pictured when going there. Is cool for pick-up or delivery, but I wouldn't recommend eating there. The old Figo was cozy, had good service, and alright food. Def different atmosphere. We won't go back but some may love this."
"Dined in the restaurant, take out option only, and despite being in the restaurant and receiving the food as soon as the notification was sent the food was lukewarm. The ravioli was still cold, the "roasted garlic" was raw. The bolognese was bland, the fresh basil was overcooked. The tiramisu taste like a cheap off brand knock off. The seasonal meatballs were the only thing I ordered that was good. Having dined at the full service Figo in the past this is an abomination the the brand."
"I registered multiple times on the iPad to pick up my order and was always told that it’s in progress. Asked lady for assistance she said they’re working on it. Keep waiting for 20 mins and I ask the manager what’s going on. Then he checks and turns out it was ready the whole time. He says it was a glitch?! Like what. It works at other restaurants. Really unprofessional and wasted my time. Don’t recommend coming here or picking up"
"Best. Takeout. Ever! It’s hard to believe that such amazing pasta could come from a takeout spot, but I promise you, this restaurant is amazing! The pasta is made fresh and the every sauce we tried was delicious! Please try the Raviolis (or take some home)! They also have a beautiful patio if you feel like eating on site."
"So disappointing. I’ve been to Figo’s before but not this one. Thought we’d try it out. My ravioli was too soft, like falling apart and the food just didn’t taste good. The meatballs were bland. Service was very okay. We weren’t directed about the self-service nature of the restaurant like getting your own drinks and cutlery."
