"The Orient is a gem that combines tasty cuisine with good service and a versatile dining environment. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking sushi or hibachi in Smyrna. We started with house salads. A healthy portion of crisp, fresh ingredients topped with delicious ginger dressing made them a delightful beginning. The sushi (pictured) stole the show – we indulged in two Green Zone rolls, each bite bursting with flavors that danced on the palate. The Atom Bomb rolls delivered a perfect blend of spice and texture, while the Jessica Albacore rolls were a symphony of delicate flavors that left us craving more. The restaurant's layout offers four distinct areas to dine, catering to various preferences. Whether you prefer the vibrant atmosphere at the bar, the intimate setting of the main dining room, the interactive sushi bar, or the entertaining hibachi tables, The Orient provides a unique ambiance for every occasion."

"We were seated immediately but we arrived at 5pm. Service was good our waiter was very nice and so was our hibachi chef. My boyfriend got steak and shrimp and I had chicken and shrimp. We both got fried rice. I had tea but it was too weak changed to grape fruit spritzer. Food was cooked well. Atmosphere pretty watching sunset. Not any thing special about the food that would bring me back. Standard hibachi servings and very much aware or portion size. We were the only two people at table and our hibachi chef put our rice in two bowls with more left over and asked if we would like more? Really?"

"The food and the staff were absolutely amazing!! The problem is all the food on the menu is so good it is difficult to make a selection. I suggest you try the delicious Lobster roll! It comes with some very exotic sauces that burst with flavor in your mouth. I would suggest this place to anyone."

"The service was good. The atmosphere was great, but the food was mediocre. Hubby got the cashew chicken which was okay: lacking in flavor. I got the special shrimp. The shrimp dish was overly sweet, and the shrimp were tough. We were seated right away and didn't have to wait long for our server. He gave us plenty of time to look over the menu and gave us frank feedback on the menu."
