"There were only two people when I went in, which is wild because it was New Year's Eve. The woman with the short dreads working was so kind, friendly, and apologetic even as customers around me were rude and impatient despite the workers doing their best. They were swimming in orders and they were getting them done super fast and efficiently, but that meant people coming in person had to wait a bit and sadly too many weren't understanding about it. The woman was a saint and had a smile the entire time despite the rude customers, she honesty deserves a raise."
"I got there right before closing. And I was able to get a pizza with no hassle. It wasn't deep dish, but it did the job."
"If I could give ZERO stars I would. I placed an order online with cash as the payment and the driver was 30 mins late, berated me and proceeded to steal my money because he said he had “no change”. Called the store and was told “Sorry this happened but there are no managers here” That was all, no resolution. Save your time, money and do not go to this location."
"Decided to give them another chance since I have a giftcard that I need to use. Marco's is worth the extra money any day! Never again! Tried to notify their corporate office ty o report (via online), the process is long and arduous."
