Pizza Hut

"My mother entered into this establishment on this evening around 8:30pm to order us something to eat. The Cascade Rd location was out of bread sticks; cheese bread; traditional and boneless wings. They didn't have any alternatives for the items that they were out of so, as my mom was explaining her toppings that she wanted,the cashier suggested that we get the large Supreme since it had the meats and vegetables that we were asking for. Once my moma got home with the pizza, I realized that they had given her a Meat Lovers and not a Supreme. And the large pizza looked like a medium pizza so when my moma asked about the size of the pizza, the young cashier and one of the shift managers began to laugh like hell. I will never order from this location because of poor customer service and low rating."

"First of all, I got to the location at 10:50 and they supposed to open at 10:30. The door was locked and nobody came to the front counter, I called and placed my order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes which at this time would be 11:10. At 11:08 I walk to the door and STILL can’t get in to get my food. However there is some guy in the locked building that clearly doesn’t work they moving around telling me THEY CLOSED! I ask him how the hell they closed when I just ordered from them?? He said oh wait a minute. Yeah I stood out there for another 7 minutes before the door was FINALLY AU lock and don’t you know my pizza still wasn’t ready?!?! Corporate will hear from me on Monday. Sick of showing up to places where people just doing whatever they want. I was informed when I first got there by someone sitting in front that they was gone to Chick-fil-A…smh"

"So I had a coupon for free pizza,and we were getting it at Pizza Hut and I gave it to the person who worked at the place. Then, they were cooking it so then we was waiting for the pizza (BTW i had cheese pizza) and my mom/guardian/parent said while we wait we can get some wings from Wingstop (thank you Wingstop) and then when the wings were done,the pizza was done!!!! What I'm trying to say is that Pizza Hut has GREAT service!!!!!!!!!! You need to go now!!!!!!!! TYSM for pizza Pizza Hut."

"This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been too. They let me order a brownie just to tell me that they didn’t have any in stock when it was time to pay. I asked for a half cheese and half Italian sausage pizza and they basically put Italian sausage on the whole pizza except for 3 slices. The lady in the front had a weird attitude as well. I’ll never be returning to this location again."
