"I have been getting my pizza from this domino's for year's at this location. Tiara is the reason I continue to go to this location. She welcomes everyone with a smile as they walk in the door or call on the phone. Excellant customer service, and when you go inside this domino's you will see Tiara working expeditiously getting the orders ready. She makes sure every customer is happy with there order before they leave, and if you are not she makes it right. Excellant service from Tiara every time I go. Need more people like her."
"I ordered a pizza for delivery. The automated system called and let me know the driver had left the store, which is 10 minutes, if that, down the road. After 30 minutes, I call the customer service number because the tracker said delivered. The rep reassured me that the pizza was en route and the tracker must had a system error. 15 minutes later, I call because I still have no pizza. I go outside to get something and my two pizzas are sitting at the front door. There was no knock or ringing of the doorbell!! This was rude and classless!!! I check my camera and sure enough, the driver (grey jeep) did not knock or ring the door bell and my pizza had been sitting there an hour. Def a waste of money!"
"My last time ordering at this location.. I have been coming to this location on my lunch often because it’s close to work. The lady (stud) behind the counter has always been kinda rude. She never speaks or acknowledges you. She will leave you standing there looking crazy. Every single time I have come there she’s on her phone. I think it’s very unprofessional and rude. Today was the last straw because as I stood and waited 15 minutes and I had actually called in my order by the way 15 minutes prior. I watched this lady hand make these people pizza with no gloves!! I was so disgusted I didn’t even wait for my pizza I walked right out. She’s going back and forth making pizzas and in between still picking up and touching her phone and sprinkling cheese on pizza I couldn’t even believe it smh disgusting"
