"I would go back here, but wouldn't be thrilled about it. I suggest you research the out the door price on their website before going. They tried to slip in some warrantee for $150+ without asking and pretended like that was standard. They also will try to sell you an alignment for $125. Their staff was nice and there was about a 2.5 hour turn around on a set of 4 new tires."

"My wife’s car was losing psi in the rear passenger tire. After she had already brought it to one location and being told there was nothing wrong, we brought it to Claude over at the Dekalb Ind location, and he took care of the problem with a quickness. He was super helpful and an all around awesome guy. The 70’s funk and soul jamming in the waiting room was a nice touch as well. They need to make sure Claude gets a raise!"

"Unfortunately today my experience was less than what anyone should experience. I have been a valuable customer since 2017. Today I went in for 4 new tires and an alignment. I was told it would take around 2 hours. 4 hours later I got my truck back and started a road trip journey. About 30 miles later my truck was shaking, my steering wheel was at 1 o’clock, and I no longer felt safe. I looked up the next closest tires plus and stopped for help. They identified the Decatur location failed to balance my back tires, tighten the camber and caster, they didn’t replace the wheel weights, or do the alignment. It is my strong belief that car mechanics have a responsibility for safety. And today the mechanics did not ensure my safety upon leaving their shop. This could have been a deathly situation and I’m just thanking god I trusted my gut and pulled over. Please be careful if you are getting work done here. And if it feels off trust that it probably is. And don’t risk it. I am hoping their manager will make corrections with their mechanics and this doesn’t happen to anyone else!"
