I was able to get an appointment online fairly quickly (like 2 days out), and I also requested quotes on a few things that needed to be repaired. For the minor things that were semi-quick fixes, they kindly fixed them at no charge. John said he didn’t want to charge for the easy-to-fix things (cosmetic things that just needed to be carefully popped back in). He quoted the things that required ordering parts, and recommended going to a Volvo dealership for the bigger electrical issues that were Volvo specific.
