"My experience with TRUE Automotive Decatur has been nothing short of amazing! They take good care of my vehicle while also educating me on my vehicle and what they’re doing to it. They took the time to walk me into the shop, underneath my car and pointed out exactly what they were looking at for my inspection. They told me what each part does, which I have never experienced. I always feel well taken care of and never feel like they’re trying to push me to fix something that doesn’t need immediate attention just to make money. As a woman that doesn’t know much about cars, this was SUPER important for me. Their pricing is also affordable. Not to mention, in addition to ALL of that, their waiting area is super cute and comfy. I don’t mind spending a couple hours there because there’s coffee and outlets! Would 100% recommend them to others!"

"I had a great first time experience using True Automotive. I brought in a flat tire with a screw in it that couldn't be patched. Michael told me they could order a replacement tire and gave me a quote. Michael kept me updated, let me know when the tire arrived and was able to get me in to mount when it was convenient for my work schedule. They told me it would be a few minutes to mount the tire and put the spare back in its place, and it really did just take a few minutes. The waiting area was very comfortable and the whole shop is very clean. Will definitely be back!"

I have come with my car and my mom's van, and both times their price quote was less than the other shop, ( in my case so much less than my dealer!) but above all they REALLY took great care of us with their five star customer service. Eric and his team are amazing- they do great work, but they also communicate very well. It is such a relief to have a shop that you can completely trust and treat you like family."

"I received a coupon in the mail and decided to give it a try. First time and was impressed. Eric helped me and was super nice, was able to fit me in without a reservation with the schedule being booked for the day. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, Eric checked on me and was super hospitable and friendly. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends."
