"I will never be taking my car back to that shop. Caliber Collision 68945 Perez rd Cathedral city Ca 92234 has very poor customer service skills. The front desk was great. As far as the manager and his staff that works on getting back to clients about car information or updates.. they are completely focused on giving you the runaround. The delay on getting the “part ordered and delivered” was insane. I got my windshield replaced within a day. Far less time than they had told me, so I got a rental for nothing basically. The way they treated me as far as a gas complaint because they gave me my car back completely on empty where it was barely drivable to the nearest gas station. When I complained to the manager, he gave me attitude and asked if I was asking for free gas. I told him simply that I wanted my gas put back to where it was not more or less. I was not trying to get anything “free” out of it. All of the staff had pointed me to the manager over this issue and he handled it very poorly! He even was sarcastic and said that he would pump it himself. When I arrived at the time he told me to arrive the following morning, he had a supposed meeting that came up all of a sudden. They told me that he wouldn’t be out for another hour and a half half. I could not believe the way they were handling everything. Finally, they were able to get a worker to follow me to the gas station where he went inside to the gas station and gave $20 for gas. It was barely where it was at before. I left it at that. I will never be going back there to that shop. I advise anyone to stay away."
