"Overall, a good experience. I appreciate Hennessy Mazda’s online service booking system accuracy. I booked a 7 am appointment for a regular maintenance oil change and 50,000 mileage service. I arrived 5 minutes late and was checked in with others who arrived on time. My vehicle was inspected within 30 minutes of arrival. Hennessy Mazda provides a link to view the vehicle inspection with the option to receive a text or email vehicle status update and to authorize service recommendations. There was a malfunction in the notification system when my vehicle was ready; however, my advisor followed up with me by phone."

"Unless you want to deal with liars and waste your time, you should avoid this place at all costs. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and also a faulty trunk light. I was told the oil change and tires would take 1.5 hour and then another hour or so for the light. After two hours i went to the desk for an update and was told by Anthony that he would check. He went and came back and (lied) and said the oil change and tire rotation were done and the guy was doing the light, it would take another hour. At that point I said just forget about the light, let me pay for the oil and tire rotation and I want to leave. He goes and has my car pulled up, prints the paperwork, and says they hadn’t changed the oil yet! I had waited over two hours at this point and he said they’d changed the oil, which was my main reason for going there, and without any prior notice or discussion did not do so. I asked to speak to the “manager,” who was even worse than Anthony. Very very rude, unprofessional, and condescending. By far the worst dealership service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Spare yourself and do not go to this sorry excuse for a service center."

"My appointment started on time, I was greeted warmly and professionally by all staff. The video monitoring was a nice touch that I had forgotten about. No issues with my coupon savings and the option of choosing which unexpected services helped me to budget a bit. Great visit."
