"Service on the car itself was fine. the wait time is ridiculous & some of the staff have no sense of personal space or professionalism… making the extremely long wait very uncomfortable. I’ve already expressed this to management and have not heard a thing back. if i wasn’t stuck with my service plan, i absolutely would never return."
