"I’d been coming to them for services for about 2 years. That’s the reason for their extra star. Last year I had them to replace my engine. My radiator hose had to be replaced as well. I had to wait about a month for my radiator to be shipped over seas because no one had it in the country and it was on back order. Long story short, It has been about 7 months and I am in need of another radiator hose. I was told by a family trusted mechanic that they put electrical tape around my hose. Now I have to wait another month for another hose along with getting my transmission fixed."

"BEWARE!! I am not one to leave negative reviews about establishments unless they have really deserved it. I went in last Friday to get an oil change and to have my evaporation control canister replaced. I noticed the next day that there was an oil leak in my driveway. Mind you, I take very good care of my vehicle when it comes to maintenance needed and I had no leaks prior going to their shop. I monitored the leak the rest of the weekend and I called first thing this morning to let them know that I noticed I had a leak. The lady who answered the phone, Mari, told me that she remembered the guy who worked on my car telling her about a leak and for me to come in so she can show me. I overlooked my paperwork and saw that in the section where it stated inspect for oil leaks, there were no comments. I also recalled when I picked up my vehicle and asked her how was everything, she told me that everything was fine. When I went down there, she had my vehicle raised and she showed me where the leak was coming from and said it was from the area near the rack and pinion. When I asked her why she did not notify me about the leak when I inquired about my car and why wasn’t there any comments in the section on my paperwork for inspecting oil leaks, she told me that the guy forgot to put it on the paper and she forgot to tell me when I came to pick up my vehicle and asked her how everything was. When I asked to speak to the owner of the establishment, she looked at me and smiled and said that she was the owner. Long story short, she told me that they didn’t do anything wrong and I ended up leaving without any resolution. I am very disappointed about the service I received from this establishment and I will definitely never be returning for any service at all!"
