"I came in for a tire rotation and oil change with tires that had a year of good life left on them (they ended up lasting for two) and they refused to rotate them to upsell me new tires, then they told me my battery was dying and I needed to pay them for a new one. It's been two years and my battery still works fine and I only just replaced two of my tires (the other two are still within spec). I know their location is convenient, but go elsewhere."

"The store clerk was nice and helpful with my tire purchase and the price was reasonable. However, the mechanic wrote up an invoice recommending we change our backup lights because they were out. Lights are $3.98 each and $79 for labor. In fact my husband said no and checked the lights we he got home and my backup lights were not bad/out at all. They also recommended we change out our battery because the cold cracking amps were not were it should be. Price of the battery was $205, and they wanted to charge $30 to change out the battery. There was nothing wrong with my battery. I get that part of a visit is to try and up sale but I didn’t appreciate them telling me I needed something when in fact I did not need lights or battery. This is NOT good business!"

"I recently came to this location to replace a tire . Upon completion of the job, the service tech told me to return to the location if the sensors were still not working at no additional cost to me. When I arrived, I was told it would be an additional 70 to fix the sensors for my tire pressure, and I feel they had seriously dropped the ball on this one. I will not recommend or return to this location or Tires Plus Update: I went to another company to rectify the issue at a better price and provided better customer service."

"I truly appreciate how the customer is not nickeled and dimed for every little service. I also felt like I was respected and treated like a person. I find that many auto repair shops try to take advantage of females thinking we don't know much about cars. The respect given is very refreshing."
