We brought in a vehicle that needed new tires and a multi-point inspection and the crew had it inspected, new front tires installed, and alignment completed the same day. "Took my car in to have my headlight replaced. Because I mentioned I was going out of town, they looked over my car and told me that I had thousands of dollars worth of work that needed to be done, including rear brakes ($600 quote and more than the dealership), steering, ball bearings (and a lot of things related to this), and much more . . . I won't bore you with a laundry list of things they said was wrong. On top of this, they quoted me over $100 to have my headlight replaced. When I questioned them on the price, they came back with something about misquoting me, and that it was $57, which is still extremely high, but I went ahead and did that. Took my car to the dealership to find out that 99% of the stuff they said was wrong was completely fine and didn't need replacing. My rear brakes still had 15k miles left on them, and the only thing that actually needed to be done is an alignment."

There is another Pep Boys located within walking distance of my house but decided I would come to this one because it was the closet one to me at the moment. I am soooo happy that I did. Troy was absolutely amazing and did everything he could to help me. I will be returning to this location for any future routine maintenance services that I may need.
