"This automotive department is absolutely garbage. Oil changed no lights were checked....was told tire pressures were good another technician fou d a nail in tire. Contacting corporate to complain about this store."

"Customer service is poor. Approx 5-6 times, over the past 2 years since moving to the area, simple questions at customer service desk or to employee have been answered with “I don’t know”. Today at online pickup I requested to return an item. Employee states “ I don’t know how to do that”. I asked who I could talk to for help, answer was “ I don’t know, maybe call?” Went inside to customer service for same question. Reply was “ I haven’t got a clue” Regardless of type of store, employees should be taught to follow thru and get help if they cannot answer even a simple question. Hoping the new Food City right next door doesn’t have such apathetic service when it opens in February!"

"A Walmart review in my opinion should be about Safety, Service and Stock. While the service is decent, the lack of inventory is evident on nearly every isle. This is no fault of the staff, but, it has a profound impact on the ability of the general store to have everything. With regards to groceries, they are mostly well stocked. Finally as it comes to security, I have never felt insecure or unwell at this location. Where this store stocked it would receive higher from me."

"I usually don't leave reviews but wanted to this time. We always shop here and usually don't have a problem but that wasn't the case today. My mom wanted dounts and they didn't have any made, so went to the bakery and the guy said it would be about a hour till they were done so we came back after a hour. So then he said we would have to call ahead for them to make them. We had them made before without a problem and the bakery team members were just so rude about the whole situation. Really bad experience all together."

"Do not park your truck here anymore. I had to pay $1030 to they release this from my windshield. It was more then 20 of us last night."
