"I have called this office several times to try to make an appointment. The website is nice and says to call if they don't take your insurance and they will work out self-payment, which came across as caring, but after seeing all these bad reviews, I think I should go somewhere else. Oh, back to the calls; no one ever answers."

"Absolute rubbish. Avoid this office at all costs! You would be better off seeing an optometrist for your neuro needs than Dr. Rosenfeld. Does nothing but order tests and soak up cash. No actual diagnosis or even any actual medical advice. The office staff is the worst I've ever experienced. Rude, short-tempered, and demeaning. Do not believe they are they to help you. You are little more than an annoyance they must deal with as they wait eagerly to go to lunch. The entire experience was deplorable."

I will see another neurologist. Your staff is making you look bad as a neurologist and I don'tfeel comfortable with seeing you anymore. I don't advise anyone to call this office. "This office needs a better receptionist/office staff. No one answers the phone no matter which line you connect to, no one responds to voicemails left after a week +, after many voicemails left. The website is not complete, so no luck signing up for the patient portal to message or pay a bill. This provider leaves patients unsure of what to do, Dr Rosenfeld is dismissive and I do not recommend this practice if you're hoping for adequate care."
