"The staff at Wrightington Rheumatology go above and beyond when it comes to their patients needs. They quickly respond and handle issues with your insurance and pharmacy. I've never experienced such caring and attentive doctors office like theirs. The wait time at our last rheumatologist was never under 4 hours, two hours if you had the first appointment of the day! It's nothing like that here at Wrightington! If you want a thorough, responsible, attentive and caring doctor and staff (staff is very important within a doctor's office), then this is the place to go."
"Dr. Win is probably a great physician if you are already diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Stay clear if you have unexplained symptoms but "appear healthy" and want to determine what is causing them. He has no interest in diagnosing."
"I have been a patient of Dr. Winn since 2016. He is the best specialty physician I have ever had. I have been most impressed with his thoroughness and knowledge. When I first met with him, I was in extreme pain. He gathered information, attentively listened to my concerns, presented his recommendation, and provided me with the care to become pain free. He continues to provided exceptional care for my medical needs. I highly recommend him to you. It is true that sometimes it is difficult to understand his Asian accent while he is wearing a mask, but make sure you communicate your concerns and he will provide the highest medical service to you."
"Admittedly, dealing with doctors makes me nervous. I also struggle to communicate with people who have foreign accents, especially adding a mask on top of things (completely on me, but still an issue!). Becaise of this I was extra nervous about seeing Dr. Winn. However he was very caring, outspoken, easy to understand and communicate with and knowledgeable. He listened to me explain my complex situation and asked additional questions. I didn't feel rushed. I felt like he was really interested in helping me get to the bottom of things even though most likely my issues are not rheumatological. He took time to explain things I didn't understand and suggested other avenues to follow up on to try to solve my problems. His nurse and office staff were also kind to me. His office was clean and orderly and I was out in no time!"
"Sadly, I have to concur with previous reviews. The office staff called ME to schedule an appointment after receiving a referral from my OB after she ran some blood work due to multiple miscarriages this past year. They asked me who my PCP was. I explained that due to being pregnant for many years in a row, my old pcp retiring during that time, and my new patient appointment with a new pcp being canceled due to covid and not being able to get back on the books with them till June 2021, I currently do not have one officially. They then said, oh well never mind. I called back and tried to clarify that even though my Doctor (my OB) referred me and if I listed HER as my primary care physician that they would refuse to see me. They said yes that it is just their office policy. So, I disagree with this policy under the circumstances, but if it’s their policy fine. However, the staff that I spoke to on both occasions was cold, rude, and downright unpleasant. To be honest, I’m glad I will not be a patient of this practice. Good riddance. Stay away. You will likely receive NO bedside manner from this rheumatologist."
