"Jessica took over Dr Parks patients. She doesn't take her time with full body skin exams. She is so rushed. My skin exam took her all of ten minutes. Dr Parks checks your scalp by going thru your hair with her hands. Jessica just looks at your head. Dr Parks would have you lay on the table and thoroughly examine you. Jessica has you stand and she just looks from a distance. I don't know how she can even do a thorough exam. Dr. Parks would use her magnifier to look at moles. Jessica never used one at all. She is in too much of a hurry and her exams are very careless in my opinion."

"She treated my son 9 times and never fixed the wart, then tried to bill all 9 times for the same thing!! Then agreed to cancel the charges but sent him to collections! To sum it up this lady Billed over $1400.00 to take off a wart that is still there, over treatment and money hungry."

"I was seen 9 different times by JESSICA MILLS for a wart under my finger nail. She did the same method every time. After 6 months of 0 results and $1400 dollars later i decided not to go back. I received a call from Jessica’s office stating I owed extra money and we discussed that since 9 times was a ridiculous amount of times for 1 singular problem that showed 0 results they would drop the remaining amount literally told me that the amount was DROPPED. A year and a half later I see on my credit report that they sent the bill that was agreed to be dropped to a debt collector that absolutely smacked my credit score. They were called and were attempted to discuss with them why they did that when they said they would drop it but Said that they did not say that, the head of billing LAUREL WIMPEY was very condescending THEN NIKKI RICE from billing bursts onto the phone and begins screaming and yelling. After she was told she was destroying my credit she calmed down a little bit she was then asked what her bosses name was and if she could transfer the call. She then refused to do that and said to call back Several phone calls were made, by then I assume her boss was made aware of the situation because I was put on hold every time for quite awhile until I decided to hang up. The most unprofessional encounter ever seen in a professional business. Will be filling with the BBB We have been here for a total of 43 years between my family and we will never return, I suggest if you’re looking for a new dermatologist to look elsewhere."
