"The wait times are ridiculous, this is our second time at this hospital and the second time we've waited over 6 hours just to be seen. We haven't even made into a room yet. I had a seizure when they were trying to take blood and was convinced I needed to be here, despite literally begging to leave. That was 5 hours ago and I haven't even done any paperwork. If I need to be here so bad why am I waiting 6 hours in a waiting room? Not to mention the waiting room is disgusting. Literally someones HAIR on one of the tables. No one keeps you updated. No one checks on you. Most of the staff are bored and uninterested in what you have to say or what is going on. I came to this hospital because of its higher rating. It is undeserved."

"This is honestly the best hospital I have ever been in. I had came here after I was disrespected at Greenville memorial... and luckily when I pulled up the woman asked if I needed a wheelchair. She let my fiancé wheel me in. I couldn’t even finish checking in by the time the people in the back said they were ready for me so I could be checked out. I never had such an amazing staff care about me as much as they did. They made sure I had blankets, they gave my fiancé a blanket. He was able to be in the room with me. They just made sure that I was comfortable and I never had that before at any hospital. I would recommend going there instead of Greenville Memorial any day. This is the best hospital in South Carolina, I would never go to any other hospital besides them."

"My mother was admitted to this facility after being in ICU and on a vent for almost 2 weeks. I really did not know much about them before my mother was admitted but the staff was very nice and answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make me and my family feel comfortable about having my mother there. The care that my mother received daily was second to none. All of the therapy that she received was tailored to her abilities and to make her stronger and get her out of the hospital and into a rehab facility. We had just about every nurse that worked on the facility because we were there over a month an we were more than pleased with the care that my mother was given. The nursing staff was very nice and helpful to my father who is 80 and answered questions and helped to put his mind at ease as well. I have been a Paramedic for 29 years and they answered my questions and helped me understand the long term care side of treatment that my mother was getting. I am very happy with the care and treatment that my mother received at Regency Hospital and would recommend them to anyone. My mother went on to spend a month and a half at a rehab facility and is now back at work and doing GREAT. Thanks for all you did for my mother and my family! Eric"
