"My kiddo has been going there for 4 years. Recent changes in adding an inexperienced doctor who is focused on non-traditional osteopathic medicine (not disclosed on website) has been an awful experience. Caroline Moorman cannot be recommended."

"A part of me wants to stay because there are a few doctors that I love but a part me wants to leave. I've been asking for so long for a referral to an allergy specialist for my son and its seems to not be happening. I can either continue to switch his doctors which I plan on during in September or I can reach out to someone I know really well who knows the president of prisma and have them reach out to children's medical center an see why they can't get my son referred to an allergies specialist.. I think I will do both."

"Doctor Bass was the absolute worst doctor I have ever seen in my life! Not only did he shrug off my child’s issues and symptoms he told us a concerning fever was 107. ! Then when I was asking if she could have a rsv ect. he laughed in my face . He was so extremely rude and arrogant ! He told me my child looked fine despite her weak eyes and lack of communication. My child is always talking out going and energetic. She was none of those things this morning and he told me my child I gave birth to looks fine despite me telling him that’s not her normal. He was completely rude and obnoxious. This visit was a complete waste of time ! I’m sorry we payed to see this low down sorry none sympathetic dirt bag today . I promise you we will not be back !!! If my child wasn’t in the room I would have told him to his face but since they are so pressed for Google reviews I figured why now . So here you go CMC of Greenville . I would give 0 stars but that isn’t an option."

"I want to like this place because Dr. Darby is a REALLY GREAT DOCTOR but I'm starting to not like going here. My son had an appointment for the flu vaccine. Once we got inside we were told to wait in the lobby. I understand that the side we were told to wait at, were for those who weren't sick. Me personally if I have to wait in a lobby at any doctor's appointment longer than 5 minutes, I would prefer not to wait in the lobby. I asked if could sit an wait in my car until it was time for my son and I to be seen in the back, I was told that I could wait in the front entrance by the bench. Make it make sense! The point of me wanting to sit and wait in my car was because I didn't want to be by a lot of people, sick or not. At the point I'm considering transferring to parkside pediatrician where Dr. Lee Glen is at because yeah I feel like it shouldn't be a problem if I chose to sit in my car rather than in the lobby."

"Children’s Medical Center on Verdae (across from Cascades) is amazing! They deserve 5 stars. The front desk ladies are extremely polite and ensure that you will be checked in within 2 minutes. Those ladies are extremely efficient. Wait times are also never long. If you have a 9:15 appointment, you will be seen no later than 9:18. I don’t know what they are doing but they are amazing when it comes to time. Also, I was in a waiting room with a child that appeared to be sick and a doctor or male nurse came in within one minute and escorted that child and mother into another area (maybe a patient room). Impressive!!! Cindy is fantastic! She’s extremely quick when it comes to vaccines. My daughter cried for about 7 seconds and as soon as I picked her up, she stopped. I hope she doesn’t retire until my daughter is 12. If she does, we will just have to visit her at home for my daughters shots. She’s really that good. The check out is also as quick as the check in. Overall, they are the best. Great experience with vaccines. Accommodated my insurance change. Always nice. Always in and out within one hour."
