"I would give this office a ZERO if I could. They treat their patients as if they do not know what is going on with their own bodies and have a tendency to “tell” the patient what they are feeling. The office staff is LAZY and not helpful at all. I had a document to be signed (15 seconds tops), they said it would take 7 days to complete. If you care for your seniors DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!!!!"

"I came here twice with my Mom. The staff were nice but i must say the amount of time you sit waiting for a doctor is ridiculous! First time we were there for over 3hrs and the doctor spent all of 5 mins talking when she finally arrived. She wasn't very helpful to be honest. Second time the appointment was at 2 and we didn't get called to the back until 3:30 and waited so long my Mom had to reschedule her appointment. The inconsideration for people's time is disgusting to me. No one has bedside manners anymore and i told my mom we are switching to a different doctor!"

"CenterWell is a very good place to receive senior primary Care. Dr. Joshua Paul works on keeping me up to date on all vaccines , medical needs and advice on staying healthy. Also the Center has many fun activities and informative workshops throughout each month. The pharmacy is convenient and the pharmacist is very informative whenever you have questions about your medication or vaccines. They also have a doctor on call throughout the night. CenterWell is a well-rounded place for seniors."

"Very displeased with the care for my 80 year old father. Disorganized office and numerous issues of non returned phone calls, prescriptions sent to wrong pharmacy multiple times, historical records from previous primary care after 5 months still not obtained, urine sample test results taking 5 days to get and had to be retrieved only by me going to the office after calling hearing answering service claim office was closed on a regular business day. The lack of concern by Dr. Paul about not having the prior history of medical records or prior test results. Making it clear that his job is to treat the patient and that I needed to talk with manager of those things we encountered. Personally, discussing a patients current care should have been reviewed prior by the physician, the purpose of authorization to obtain these prior records was provided on intake visit day 1 in early November and I believe they could have been obtained in a 5 month period. The decision today was to leave and never return, this isn’t true healthcare in my opinion."

"CenterWell is the BEST!! I am 72 yrs young and always avoided going to the doctor! The staff and my doctor especially make it a comfortable and pleasant experience! I even took required shots and felt no pain! Anybody that gives injections and not tie me down gets an A plus!!!! Try them if you want to get well! The activities and seminars are super!!
