"Office staff has went down hill. Moved out of state, made sure to sign release before I left GA. Have been trying to get them to send records for literally months. My son has been unable to get meds in new state because they don’t have records. Talked to someone today that said there was a charge, then I said I’ve never heard of that I just need you to send to Doctor. Then they said sorry the doctor needs to request. JUST SEND THE RECORDS!! Dear Lord it shouldn’t take 6 months and repeated requests!!"
"I have been going to Dr. Nagrin since I was 5 years old and am now 23. Due to not seeing him for a few months because I had leftover medicine and was travelling I am now considered a new patient and won’t be seen until space opens up. This means I have no idea when I may be able to get my next prescription and will have to look for a new doctor after 18 YEARS of seeing him. Not only this but the last four years the staff has been rude anytime they actually pick up. Even my last call the women was rude and would not let me get my question out to understand that until someone moves or leaves the practice I won’t be able to be seen. Normally I do not leave reviews but as someone who works in customer service and tries to be nice to everyone, because you never know what is going on, I had to leave a review to reflect how poorly I have been treated as a patient the last few years."
"Dr. Negrin is amazing. However, his office staff needs to be fired. I called today around 3pm, two hours before google says they close, and the woman on the phone said she couldn't help me because it was "close to closing time." I have never had good service from his office staff, it really is a shame, because I loved seeing him."
"Dr. Negrin is great. The administration personnel in the front office are not. I requested my records 2 months ago. I have followed up with them every other week and even went to get it in person and still no luck. There’s always an excuse “we need time”. Everyone else there provides great care and assistance."
"Be prepared to never have your messages answered or concerns acknowledged. You'll wait for a long time, get asked a couple surface level questions by staff, then see dr negrin for all of 5 minutes (in which he often talks more about himself) before he shoves you out with a script in your hand. He only decides what meds you get based on the hastily jotted notes the staff takes, which is a very concerning way to be treated by the people giving me brain medication. They will bill you by the minute for "evaluations" where you do self-guided generic paperwork alone for hours, full of questions they already asked you. I expressed many times that I have problems with too much sleep, only to be prescribed a medication that makes you drowsier. Your voice will NOT be heard here. And if you need to cancel an appt to avoid a missed appointment fee? Good luck getting in touch with them. I've never felt the need to switch psychiatrists unless I moved to a new location, but this office is bad enough to warn everyone in savannah: Save yourself the waste of time, energy, and phonecalls, and stay away from dr. negrin! This is not a normal way for an office to operate."
